Having redeemed itself this year, from some truly awful customer service of the past few years, Zavvi has now gone back into its old ways of shipping steelbooks in very small flimsy packaging( shipping 2 Steel books in a box only suitable for one) and then, worse than that, cancelling complete orders due to "stock allocation issues". I hate to think how they treat people who don't spend large three-figure sums with them.

Would be a 5 star currently one of my pre orders wasn't shipped with the rest of them and I'm still waiting to hear from them with an update with what's going on

I've bought plenty of items over the years via this app without any issues....until recently. I pre-ordered an item that was due for release last November and has never been in stock, no explanation for that. And last week ordered a set of Back To The Future mugs for my friends birthday that were in stock at the time I ordered them, gets an email saying sorry these havn't been dispatched yet.....summat else they probably aint got in stock. Be a loooong time before you get a 5⭐️ review from me🤬
