I wish I could leave 0 stars for this app. I can't even get a shop because the interface is a real nightmare and terror. Even trying to set up an account with my information is impossible. I keep getting "try again later" or "failed to upload." After finally being able to insert my city with numerous attempts, the app gave me more hurdles than a running race. The information I inserted didn't show up properly. And that isn't all. I tried customer service and they are infuriating.

the interface is not the most user-friendly, if i want to create a listing or update I have to jump through tons of hoops. crashes frequently and makes editing listing a pain. im forced to use this app if I want to sell on tiktok. why do you have to look at similar listing if you are trying to manage your own? overall does the function its meant to but not well.

For a company that makes so much money, this seller app is terrible. Payments take 31–32 days after delivery, I waited over a month for just $6. The app is slow, full of bugs, and keeps getting worse. Notifications don’t work (no alerts for orders or messages). Policies are unclear and support is useless. TikTok needs to fix this and pay sellers faster.
