I've never had a problem with the app until today. Please fix it. I had to go through Uber, which means that I'm not going to get points for my purchase due to y'alls error, and it costs more as well. It keeps popping an error message about the payment method in app and online... so something is wrong on both ends, and it's not my card because if that was the case, Uber would've failed, too.

Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!

It constantly declines my google wallet payment yet my bank notified me the transaction approved (thankfully it doesn't charge me though thanks to google and my bank being on top of this fluke). Fix It! Nothing is more frustrating than already dealing with the lag of trying to put in a pick up order and unable to due to this error. The app functions just enough to matter for points and seeing the current menu or promos. Edit: Payment info isn't correct/invalid nor insufficient funds.
