I use this because I was forced into it after "upgrading" to a V3 bolt, and although the new hardware is great, this app is horrible in too many ways to mention. But here's a few: The synchronization with the phone is always buggy and inconsistent. Routes rarely sync properly with Strava, and it almost never Auto uploads. Creating a route on the fly from your phone is next to impossible with the new app, not sure why this had to change...but it's bad, it was my main reason for buying Bolts.

it's a clunky app if all you want to do is control your etrainer bike. all I want to do is set my resistance level to 20% and do some cycling. I have to tap "record" -> close the pop up -> "resistance" -> select level. I miss the days of having a physical knob for this sort of thing or buttons instead we get an app that tries to get me to subscribe to something the future is stupid power graphs are pretty good though

The app used to be top tier, but the UI is a scatterbrained wreck of random "data" that means nothing to me, and basic features no longer function properly. What really burned me is this: distance can NOT be saved anymore on treadmill workouts. Dealing with support has been useless. Every excuse in the book and demanding endless work on my end for something I cannot fix. Deeply disappointed and frustrated.
