Customer Spark

This app has gotten consistently worse since I joined the program. It used to work seamlessly. Now, everything I click on in the app takes forever and a day to load. I can't even update my profile because it just won't load. Sometimes it takes a full minute for a survey to load. And before I get a generic tech support reply, yes the app is up to date and yes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. It is still unbelievably slow.

It started out pretty well, but the app has gotten slower and more janky with time. I'm a few cents away from $25, and I feel like it is intentionally stalling out as I get closer to that milestone. When it was working, surveys are quick, simple, and way better than a lot of survey apps on the market. The only problem is it doesn't like to work very often. This could easily be a 5 star app if it worked more consistently.

Used to enjoy this app. Last couple of months it has become almost impossible to complete activities. Constant error message, "Failed to load activities, try again" or I finally get the weekly quests to load, but I get the "Congratulations for completing your quests!" instead of being able to actually complete the quests. I have to back out, refresh, reload over and over. Most times, I finally have success, but I have filed multiple help requests with zero response. Very frustrating!
