Almost scam to say the least. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.

I have recently subscribed to Watch IT for the second time, following a previous membership over a year ago. My primary reason for leaving initially was due to persistent video loading failures, an issue I mistakenly assumed would be corrected by now. Unfortunately, I find myself having wasted money again, as it appears that customer feedback is not a priority for your team. Consequently, I will be canceling my subscription and do not intend to return. Honestly, appears on Google TV only.

The app really needs a few basic improvements asap. First, finished movies and series should automatically disappear from the “Continue Watching” list. At the moment, everything stays there indefinitely - whether it’s completed, dropped, or still in progress - and there’s no way to manually clean up this list. Second, there is a Live tab in the top menu on Android tv, but it’s been non-functional for over a year. Care to solve the issue ? UX is as important as the content itself in streaming.
