I have been happily playing this game for almost 10 years, until recently, have almost 3.5 million points and am consistently one of the top 10 players in the world. Recently, ads are freezing and I am getting occasionally bounced out. Also, it looks like bots with over 10,000 words in a week are running up points among the top 10 players. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. Thank you.

Addictive game. Good variety. I still continue to play this even after all these years. The ad-free version works way better than the free one. I don't know why I'm still getting offered the coins because I apparently have run out of words in the app 4 times already and haven't been using them to 'buy' rescues.

Unfortunately, you can't transfer your game progress to a new device yet though we are looking to include this feature in a future version. However, you can restore your premium version on your new device. Drop us a mail at games@lotum and our support team will tell you how.

Too many ads. I've played other free games and the ads are nowhere nearly this bad. This game was not that bad with ads before. This game makes sure you watch more ads than play the game. I get it's a money, but you have to find some way to also make customers happy too. Spending almost $8 seems a bit high considering I've seen other games offer way cheaper for no ads. I'm talking 99 cents to $2. Maybe some time in the future I'll come back and they'll be better with the ads
