I really don't know what I'm doing so wrong to be stuck on same level for 2years & others are passing levels like it's nothing & all the extra free stuff & bonuses they getWhere?Nothings free,all the popups want me to purchase something,even have to buy a special event ticket for each new event. The levels are absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to pass & the game is rigged to be difficult otherwise they wouldn't make any money. Games should be enjoyable but as long as we continue to play nothing will change.

Hi Kellie! We can see that you're currently using a very old version of the game, which may explain why you’re stuck and not receiving certain free features. Please update to the latest version. The amount of updates have always been excessive... But two days in a row I've had to update the game... You should really try and update everything at once... I mean I really like this game. It is challenging yet still fun and entertaining. The story lines are sometimes drug out and the events bonus areas will throw in a part of the story that's just off course... Kudos for adding the gifts from the friends from the story. I do like that and that u don't have to immediately accept the gift

Had played this quite a bit a year ago or so but had set it aside because levels were getting pretty frustrating and it really felt like they were designed to get me to pay for boosters. I picked it up again recently and I've been pleasantly surprised that they seem to have done some balancing, and you get plenty of boosters both from events and from the family mechanic. The story is silly and cute, too, and any ads are optional.
