About this app

Hygge — breathe, relax, reconnect.

Hygge is a mindful well-being app designed to help you slow down, reduce stress, and prevent burnout through simple daily practices. Inspired by heart coherence, meditation, relaxation techniques, and personal development, Hygge helps you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner balance.

In a fast-paced world filled with pressure, mental overload, and constant stimulation, burnout often develops quietly. Hygge creates a calm space where you can pause, breathe, and reset without guilt, performance pressure, or complex routines. Each interaction is intentionally short, gentle, and accessible, so taking care of your mental well-being fits naturally into your daily life.

Hygge is built around principles that support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and mindfulness. By practicing heart coherence breathing and short grounding exercises, you can reduce stress, calm your mind, improve focus, and restore a sense of presence.

What you’ll find inside Hygge

Heart Coherence Breathing
Practice guided breathing inspired by heart coherence. Press to inhale, release to exhale. Choose very short breathing sessions for quick relief or longer moments when you need deeper relaxation. Regular heart coherence practice helps manage stress, calm emotional fluctuations, and support mental clarity.

Active Pause
Short grounding activities designed to bring you back to the present moment and interrupt mental rumination. These activities are inspired by meditation, sensory awareness, and relaxation practices. They help you reconnect with your body, your environment, and simple sensations that anchor you in the here and now.

Mood Check-ins and History
Take a moment each day to answer a simple question: how are you feeling today? Log your mood, add a short note, and follow your emotional history over time. This gentle tracking supports self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal development without judgment.

Thought of the Day
Receive a short, supportive message focused on self-care, motivation, and inner calm. These daily thoughts help set a positive tone and encourage self-kindness and reflection.

How Hygge works

Open the app and choose your intention: relax, breathe, refocus, or simply pause.
Follow a heart coherence breathing session or an Active Pause activity.
Log your mood of the day and observe how your emotional state evolves over time.
Return whenever you need a moment of calm, clarity, or grounding.

Designed for real life

Hygge is made for students, professionals, parents, freelancers, leaders, caregivers, and anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained. Hygge supports well-being and personal development but does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing significant stress, anxiety, or burnout symptoms, please seek support from a qualified professional.

its 9.99 for a whole year and I genuinely believe it's worth it for this service with no ads and no ulterior data motives. the activities are simple yet relieving, and it offers coping through intentional breathing exercises (with music!!) which I particularly find helpful as an autistic person. not sponsored just very happy with the app
