this app is full of great features! however, im really concentrating on my nutrition for health reasons and the entire food log feature is not useful almost at all. it doesnt find 90 percent of my food and drinks, no matter how I input it. and then when I use a custom meal, the macros are incorrect. everything else is great. I hope they can add more content as there aren't too much in variety of programs and exercises available.

Love the workouts and meals!! It's so easy and seamless that I've been making sure to hit my goals. I have notice there might be sone bug issues. Some of workouts for some reason didn't save even after doing the mini feedback questions so it says that it's undone hence the 4 stars. Other than that, get this app! It's a gamecharger!

Absolutely love this app. In just 4 weeks of using it I've seen a huge difference in my body. I am 5 months postpartum and has helped me with my fitness journey with so many meal ideas and workout programs to choose from. Love how they have easy for beginners to hard for those who are ready. Also great how they have home and gym versions. 100% recommend!
