It has the potential to be a good app. Now I know why it was a McDonald's monopoly prize. Unfortunately, there are many glitches with it, many times it won't show full-size videos of the exercise you're supposed to be doing so you have to do them by description. However, the worst glitch is being partly done a workout or almost finished and the app crashes completely so you have to restart it and hope for the best. It just crashed 3x for a 20 min yoga flow so I give up. It needs to be fixed.

Sadly, the app just doesn't work. I thought at first it was my internet, so took it elsewhere and still doesn't let you seamlessly play the workout videos. It's a shame, because I would have signed up for it. I also do think you need to take into account more people's actual ability. If someone is really overweight and trying to get into fitness, a lot of the exercises are impossible. I've paid for a different app, I'd have paid for this if it was more seamless and had more info.

Also checking this out from a free year through McDs. I already do fitness classes every week, but the setup wizard doesn't allow to take this into account. After setup, I tried to use the AI to change the plan to work around my classes and focus on areas I'm lacking. It had good suggestions, but when I asked it to update my schedule accordingly, it said I "reached my limit". I agree with the other comments that there is a missed opportunity by not asking user's height/weight etc.
