it is fun, don't get me wrong, I like a game I can jump into and play real quick, which before, I'd say this game did just that. However, this game has become pretty much unplayable if you have a few minutes to kill, cause you then have to wade through the update popups upon opening the app, then the ads to get you to buy characters or pets, or guns, or whatever else. I get you have a lot of features (perhaps too many) but this game lost it's simple nature and is just too much.

I have not and there isn't a clear way to receive items that Ive purchased. I have seen a restore purchased items option with other games. not this one. There is a rabbit hole to go through just to speak to someone about the situation. Watching ads for free items is the same. Do my part and then failure on yours. Do better

This game is rigged. Even if you don't spend massive amount of cash, you will almost NEVER get the specialty weapons in the shop. I have played the game for over 2 years and have spent money on the game and still have not gotten one of the special weapons in the shop, just the basic guns the game offers freely. Don't watch any of their ads either because sometimes you have to watch 2 to get a reward which is a scam. I am reporting them for not rewarding me when I watch a video. It's theft.
