Worst experience with HSBC India. My account was suddenly frozen last Friday without any notice, and I’ve had no access to my money since then. No explanation, no support. Forgot my User ID — and there is no way to reset it online. Only option is calling customer care, which doesn’t help on weekends. Completely unacceptable. Even HSBC SimplyPay is useless in this situation. This is not how a bank should treat customers. Highly unreliable service.

Please note that both phone and chat support lines are open from 6.30 am to 8.30 pm all 7 days of the week and you can connect with them for any issues, and they are open 24-7 on emergency lines for fraud related and card loss issues as well. ^Ankit

Pathetic and useless app for credit card users and bank itself is trash it doesn't even have an option to controltotal limit, do not use their credit card they will charge lot of interest rate i got charged apprx 50k only interest and they are not even able to reverse a penny and customer service is also useless. I am going to discontinue this credit card.

many features are missing & I have been giving the feedback to the support team for so long.The 2 must have features its missing rn are - 1.no direct feature to see active emis other than reading the statements, its very frustrating to go through the calculations of emi 2.You can't pay credit card bill via app if don't have savings account 3. The most annoying thing is hsbc don't adjust the credits well if credits are received after the cycle date b4 due date, even if you get the automated email
