The app is not allowing me to log in. When logging in, it is supposed to send an OTP to your registered mobile number. But the message comes too late, so I had to try again, and it repeated this 3 times until I could not even request for an OTP anymore.

Doesn't show any option for new registration. Also, when I tried to enter my civil ID, it says I don't have a valid card for this program whereas the customer care says that my card is valid. Very bad experience. Disappointed!!
