I am seriously loving this app! Its way better than all the other kegel apps out there, by far! Without charging you a penny, this app gives you a new trainging session every single day for an entire 16-week-long program! You get to pick how many times a day you want to practice and if you want to set a reminder so you don't forget. It even has a few different stretching rountines you can do too! Its an awesome app and I'm def gonna be using it for a while!!

the best app for your pelvic health.its free and also the premium version is also cheap, I just used it 4 days and I started to see the results now its mind blowing, 10 stars best app and worth spending some money for your own healt.

it may have given you all 16 weeks for free at some point, but it no longer does. it makes you pay after 2 weeks. completely my misleading.
