This is the best fitness app I have downloaded in a long time. It has planned workouts and free recipes to follow. They have you track your weight and the chart is simple and easy to read. For the amount of information all in one app, it's very resourceful!

Good app but the problem in this app is that in the diet portion they have 2 options non vegetarian and vegetarian but in vegetarian part they include egg which is known as non veg in Indian culture so We (Indians) are not able to enjoy it .Sadly 😕😕. Only if the developer can understand it and take action on it fast . ☺ . Well I wrote this letter 1 month ago and still no change has taken place

I love how it gives you a diet and is keeping track on how well you liked the exercise and how it asked you how you feel after and how many exercise you did I also liked how it gave you different options on what to eat every different day. I love it and I definitely would recommend.
