-Subscription Duration: 1 year (7 days trial)
-Subscription Description: Users will get a 1-year MuscleFit Premium which includes customized workout plans, and full access to the exercise library.

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

I used this app for 6 weeks, the chair exercise set was pointless, I never came close to breaking a sweat. I moved on to calisthenics which was equally pointless. apart from 3 press up exercises in a row all the exercises were far too easy. I never felt stretched at all. I don't know how the people in their ads got their physiques, it certainly wasn't using this app.

I started to fill in the forms then it comes to a page that says help us to grow by giving is a review so I click on it to get to the next page it was then I realise I gave them a 5 star rating before I even finished signing up so as far as im concerned that is deception it would not let me go back to change it and I was stck on a page to accept a 7 day trial or pay. I have no trust in a company that uses this kind of deception. so others will join seeing a 5 star rating through deception.

I'm not to sure that's possible. I have worked out a long while back I really payed attention to my workout back then .now out of shape. horribly..IN about 2 1/2 weeks I'll obtain a pull up dip machine...an would like to add that...an then set my target goals to a year workout 3 to 4 times twice doing SET'S. morning / then again in the afternoon...plus useing what ever methods your training have me do... I'm skeptical..on growth..size..ect..! not ABILITIES. OR DETERMINATION..?
