Works and glitch free, not worth buying or using. Tried the 3 hour tour but it turns you back on yourself (entered a room and then to another room at one end then had to go all the way to the other side of that original room- could have started in the second room and just continued straight for all three). Almost everything said is what's written down so not getting much additional information. Wish map could be interactive, showing what's in current room and ticking them off in the map.

Download the audio tours ahead of time before you arrive to the museum‼️ The cellular/mobile surface within the the museum can be very spotty and slow, especially on a busy day. To download, you have to go to the tours feature in the app and you will see the download button on the top right. I didn't even notice it because the lack of contrast with the background image. Note, there is also no search feature within the app if you're looking for item you want to learn about.

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry for the internet issue during your visit. We are upgrading our Wi-Fi but it will take some time. For a better experience, download the tour/gallery audio content in advance, using the download button on the top right corner of the tour/gallery screen. Your suggestion for a search feature has been shared with the team

The tours do not lead you around in a sensible or cohesive manner, its all a bit random. disappointed compared to other audio guides e.g. Churchills war rooms, Royal Yacht Britannia. I appreciate that the collections are vast but some story telling would improve the experience. The app is not very user friendly and I kept loosing my place to check the map guide to see where I was.
