Over 70 Languages, 2,500+ words, 500+ phrases and more

Missionaries are encouraged to use TALL Embark once they receive their call, during the MTC, and throughout their mission to learn gospel and daily missionary language.

● Complete spaced review each day
● Record and compare your voice to native speaker to get used to speaking
● Use what you learn right away in real conversation
● Make it your own by creating from what you are learning

edited: I learned Cantonese on my mission 30 years ago, I use this app to refresh my skills. It was going pretty good but then there was a glitch with the AI and EVERYTHING was pronounced wrong. Working with the app technicians, they finally got it fixed and made sure that it was no longer causing problems on my end. It took a while to get a response to my feedback but when I did they were very attentive. Changing my one star to four because it's still new and there are still some bugs.

this app has had a lot of great developments in recent years. it can be rather difficult to figure out certain features so it could stand to be made more intuitive, and there are a few mistranslations here and there, but for the most part it's an incredibly useful and organized language learning tool for perspective missionaries, full-time missionaries, and even returned missionaries.

This app is literally better than duo lingo, after only a few months im feeling pretty confident in my Spanish. You can even make your own phrases and be quizzed on them. I love that there are so many resources too!
