Buggy and unresponsive. Buttons don't work when I select them, the app freezes, and it has crashed twice in the first (and only minute) I attempted to use the app. I love the idea, so please fix these issues.

This app looks okay but I have a magazine subscription and I am not offered Download on that. Installing the app on a new Android phone, when I started and logged in, it has popped up a message saying: Establishing SSO and establishing initial connection, this may take some time. This happened on my old phone and seemed to be an infinite loop.

As a new IEEE member, I feel there’s a lot to love about the app. However, I think the online reader should be implemented a bit more “elegantly” across the board. For example, some magazines are easy to read with the ability to scroll left and right while others require up and down scrolling. Consistency would aid the ease of use and general utility of the app.
