My KP Meds

Ordering prescriptions at Kaiser is a nightmare. I've had Kaiser for only five months and I've had multiple issues, from getting the incorrect amount of meds, canceled orders because they let me order meds through the mail that aren't eligible, and messed up reorder schedules causing delays in meds. The app is painfully slow and often unable to assist with helping any of the above issues, forcing me to call their irritating AI phone line. I miss Medi-Cal, it was so much easier and pleasant.

Used to run much faster, now is often quite slow...if it loads at all...there have been a number of times it took over 30 minutes to go past the "updating your information" screen recently! Will adjust rating if it gets noticeably better (faster). Love the ability to order meds, though!

Limited. Hit & Miss Reminders work sometimes. Don't rely on this. Reminders are only on half hours. Very limiting. If you have any other "reminders" at the same time the app doesn't work. So my alarms and music cancel it. Often when it does work it's 10-20 minutes late. Great if it's your secondary but not so great if it's a primary. Remember it's set for half hours ... Yep tends to go off close to the quarter hour.
