Started the holiday challenge and it lost my progress. FAQ says uninstall and reinstall which I did. I lost hundreds and hundreds of spins I had saved up. Oddly it remembered how many hints I had and that I was 33 percent complete. Pretty good game but things like this make it too frustrating. Did it again. I completed yesterday, shows not complete.

I love this game, but when trying to get help playing the new daily puzzles, only one word shows instead of the whole list. Very disappointing. I was able to find the word lists. my new issue is that every time there is an update during a special event, the Easter event is happening now, the update wipes out all the daily event puzzles that have been completed. So I lost the first 11 event puzzles I completed. Why???

I like this game but it has some very annoying glitches which means that progress is sometimes lost. it's difficult to get in touch to report issues and the Facebook page (which would be an obvious way) doesn't seem to be monitored by the game producers. so, good game, too many glitches, and poor support.
