I have paid a whole year subscription on July 8 of this year based on everything described for me it was cost effective since a love to read, in Sept they decided we had to pay for "premium chapters" without notifying. I paid a whole year and now I have access to the account but it doesn't show my yearly subscription even trying to restore it. Customer service sucks they don't answer STAY AWAY from paying yearly. I feel I've been scammed. I lost my money and there's nothing I can do.

I want to cancel my subscription and get my money back. This app is deceptive. I paid $99 for the year expecting to listen to these books. The audio is very mechanical it's like the computer is reading the story. Very unpleasant experience. Also $99 for the year doesn't get me the entire book only the 1st 6 chapters then I have to pay more to read the rest of the book. What is that?

The stories are great, but the customer service is terrible! one day, my library disappeared. I reached out to customer service for help but never heard from them. That was in March, and it is now May, yet still nothing. I tried to find the book I was reading but appears to no longer be available as though it. never existed. Very disappointed in the app!
