video playback is constantly stopping and saying it can't play. when told to contact support for this, there is nowhere to report. it's getting really frustrating to constantly close the app, check my connection (which is never the issue), and then start everything all over again just to have to do the same thing after another episode.

I love the shows on the app, but holy cow the amount of problems with the app itself is too many to count. For one, you can't change the quality of the videos so good luck watching anything without buffering every 3 seconds. So I downloaded the episodes to my device, so I wouldn't have to worry about buffering. Somehow tho, even with the downloaded episodes, it throws an error over half the time, or takes a long time to play. How? It should just play. Fix this app, please. I'm paying money.

It's actually a pretty solid app. It does some odd things, for instance when you start watching something from the Series page of that show it will automatically go to the next episode like Netflix and hulu. When you play from the resume watching section it instead goes to the next thing on the resume watching list instead of the next episode. I don't think that makes a lot of sense
