I'm in love with this app! Incredible support and amazing interface. It's great to have all my documents in one place and to be able to manage them easily. I'm thrilled that I can participate in Eurovision voting, help choose the judges, and receive government benefits all in one app- it's absolutely brilliant! Without any doubts, the greatest app in this domain I've ever seen. Eight years ago, i couldn't even dream about that 🥹💙💙💕. Thanks a lot and best wishes. You guys are incredible 🥹🩵

I literally can't pass post the face verification test. Since it's literally the only option to get my documents from to verify for a test, I just stuck with an app that won't let me access and a verification process that needs the information from the app.

Just like another poster said: unable to scan the passport, it gives a generic error when trying to scan using nfc. And unable to get help inside the app because to get help, you need to first be authenticated into the app. incredibly frustrating process since I have no other way to authenticate. I need a human support not a chatbot
