Great app, definitely worth the annual cost if you want to practice from home, there are many sessions available for a reasonable 10-ish minutes practice. lots of options for challenges and daily practice. it gives you posture tips, only sometimes are they helpful. Often they are very silly. Also, it does not ease you into new poses, it will just throw a crow in there and act like you should be able to do it, lol.

Less is so much more. No overwhelm. Just simple yoga, simple format and platform. Easy to join, easy to maintain. I absolutely love this app! It's hard to stick to anything - the simple ease of this helps me do just that. And it's so affordable. Thank you! Great features: simple challenges, can adjust speeds, set session lengths, love the music and can pause it if I want to workout without it. It would be nice to be able to choose the model and switch up the voice but definitely minor.

I wanted to add simple yoga moves to my morning meditation routine. I tried the free version of this app and it worked flawlessly, an new five pose routine every morning. I paid for the app when I discovered it was a one time charge and not a monthly subscription. Only complaint is that the font on the instructions is very small and also not very dark, so it's hard for me to read without my glasses. Also I have to manually select the next workout since it doesn't advance automatically.
