Serenity is a wonderful guided-meditation app. If you struggle with meditating consistently, this app can be of great help. Especially the free daily 3-minute meditations are helpful for creating the habit. It will also keep track of the days you have meditated, so you can look back and see if you missed any days and how many. The foundations section is more than enough, so if you want to pay for that section -- it can last you a year or more. It is a one-time payment and well worth the cost. š

So far so good. I'm only on the first level but I love the guided meditations. They're separated by levels and sections so you can practice a session a day. Each session is approx. 10 min. Each level has a different focus. Of course the first level is introductions and basics, but there's also meditation guides for focus, weightloss, stress, anxiety, etc. Doesn't hurt to try! I'm a previous user of Head Space, Stop Breathe Think, and Calm.

I've been trying out different meditation apps for years, but this one really clicked for me. I love that there are different sessions each day that allow me to work on small daily goals that amount to a larger one. I'm finally learning to incorporate mindfulness in to my life! The price was another consideration when trying this app, I started with the free content to see if it was worth it and subscribed weeks later. It's pretty accessible, especially considering all the content available.
