While visiting Las Vegas, I learned of an abandoned casino and hotel that was just out of town. I hired a car, even though Americans drive on the wrong side of the road, and went to document it alone. Somewhere in the desert was Terrible's Roadhouse, formerly called Gold Strike. While exploring the offices upstairs, I found photos from when the building was operational. This included a large folder of photo slides! I was eager to save and share the images, so I took them with me. I carefully carried the photos and slides for a further two weeks before flying back home to Australia, where I got them scanned. You can see these images in the video. - I am The Telltale Traveller and I create content documenting my urbex misadventures. The band was energized and excited be on the same bill as one of their influences, Train. "Wherever You Will Go" was an international hit and became the #1 song on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart for the year, 2001. It is the second-longest-running number one in the chart's history. Outside the United States, the song topped the music charts of Italy, New Zealand, and Poland, reached number three in the United Kingdom, peaked at number five in Australia, and became a top-10 hit in several European countries.
