The RIO LAS VEGAS is the best resort for low rollers in Las Vegas. Some of us don't have thousands of dollars to spend. Not to mention the Rio Hotel features 500sq feet all suite rooms with refrigerators and floor to ceiling windows. The Rio Las Vegas is also very well located and easy to get in and out of.
