Then it became the Downtown Grand in 2013, so I assume the mod was done then. These things make a lot of weird noises that sound like they are coming through the shaft. Also this is where I stayed on this trip for the first 2 nights. I then stayed the last night at Sams Town which is in then Southeast part of Las Vegas near Henderson.
