Sunscape Curaçao Resort, Spa & Casino - Curaçao Coordonnées GPS: 12.089790, -68.901955 Notre chambre Chambre 8305. Elle est située au dernier étage d'un bungalow de trois étages. Une belle chambre avec deux grands lits confortables, une table de chevet, un grand bureau avec quelques tiroirs, une table, une chaise, un téléviseur. On y retrouve les commodités suivantes: frigidaire comprenant des bouteilles d'eau, bières et boissons gazeuses, coffret de sûreté numérique, cafetière et téléphone. La garde-robe comporte quelques cintres et une planche à repasser. La salle de bain comporte un comptoir avec un lavabo, toilette, douche, un grand miroir, un séchoir à cheveux ainsi que tous les produits d'usage. Nous avons un grand balcon avec deux chaises et une petite table. La vue donne sur la piscine et la mer. Électricité Le courant utilisé dans les chambres est de 120 volts (US Standard). Le site Le site comprend 341 chambres qui sont réparties dans sept bungalows. Certaines chambres ont soit vue sur la piscine et/ou sur la mer ou vue sur les jardins. Le site n'est pas très grand et il est très facile de s'y retrouver. Le site est d'ailleurs agrémenté de jolis jardins. Restaurants Cet hôtel possède plusieurs restaurants dont un restaurant buffet qui propose une cuisine internationale, quatre restaurants à la carte (italien, japonais, fruits de mer, grill) ainsi qu'un café. Nous n'avons mangé qu'au restaurant buffet ainsi qu'au restaurant asiatique. En ce qui concerne le restaurant buffet, le petit déjeuner est très complet. Pour le repas du midi, il n'y a que quelques plats au menu ainsi que légumes, fromages, fruits et pâtisseries. Le soir venu, nous avons mangé au restaurant asiatique. Nous avions effectué une réservation au préalable. Le repas à ce restaurant se déroule ainsi. Il y a une vingtaine de places tout autour d'une grande table rectangulaire dont le centre est un espace occupé par un cuisinier qui prépare devant nous le riz aux légumes ainsi que les viandes et poisson qu'il fait griller sur chacune des deux plaques. La soupe nous a d'abord été servie, suivie de l'entrée et du plat principal. Aucun dessert nous a été offert. Le spectacle offert par le cuisinier était divertissant. Les plats servis étaient bons. Seul bémol, les jeux préparés par l'équipe d'animation étaient présentés devant le restaurant et c'était vraiment très bruyant. Bars Il y a plusieurs bars sur le site. En ce qui nous concerne, nous allions au bar Sugar Reef situé à proximité de la piscine principale. Les cocktails étaient bien préparés et le personnel était souriant et attentionné. Serviettes de plage Pour obtenir une serviette de plage, il suffit de vous présenter au kiosque situé à proximité de la plage. Lorsque nous nous sommes présentés au kiosque, nous leur avons expliqué que la chambre ne nous avait pas encore été attribuée. Les demoiselles ont été compréhensives et ont accepté de nous remettre les serviettes. Piscines Il y a plusieurs piscines sur le site dont deux piscines pour enfants et une piscine à débordement. La piscine principale est évidemment la plus fréquentée. Plusieurs chaises sont disponibles tout autour de la piscine. La plage La plage, composée de petites anses, est très longue et propice à la marche. Il s'agit d'une plage publique. On y retrouve plusieurs chaises et palapas. La mer est très calme et l'eau est turquoise. Le site est vraiment de toute beauté. Activités Plusieurs activités sont offertes: mur d'escalade, saut à l'élastique, tir à l'arc, billard, danse aérobique, tennis, shuffleboard, jeux variés, sports nautiques, divertissement en soirée, etc. Autres services On retrouve entre autres sur ce site un centre de conditionnement physique, un spa, un salon de beauté, un casino, un centre de conférence ainsi que des boutiques. L'hôtel bénéficie de plusieurs espaces de stationnement qui sont d'ailleurs gratuits. A proximité L'hôtel est situé tout près de la plage Mambo et de l'aquarium. On peut s'y rendre à pied. Check-out La chambre doit être libérée pour midi. Cependant, l'accès au site est permis jusqu'à 15h le jour du départ. Contrairement à l'enregistrement, le check-out a été très rapide.
