During our visit, the Conservatory was in full bloom with its Summer 2025 display, featuring vivid florals, whimsical sculptures, and lush greenery that enveloped us in a fairytale like setting. But the real highlight was sitting down for an exclusive dinner by Michael Mina, one of the most respected chefs in the culinary world, right in the middle of the garden. Dining at the Garden Table felt surreal, at times we joked that we felt like zoo animals, with hundreds of curious visitors watching, snapping photos, and circling around our table. But the food was so spectacular, we hardly noticed. The multicourse tasting meal was nothing short of extraordinary, each dish perfectly executed with flavor, balance, and creativity. It’s safe to say this was one of the best meals we’ve ever had in Las Vegas. If you have the chance to book this truly unique culinary experience, we can’t recommend it enough.
