Bodega Sierra Norte asume así el papel protagonista durante todo el mes. 'Pon Pasión a tu San Valentín' se llevará a cabo en el Restaurante One VLC los días 14 y 17 de febrero de 2024. La cita consistirá en un suculento menú que cautivará los sentidos de todos los asistentes y les sumergirá en una experiencia culinaria única, armonizada con los excepcionales vinos de la gama 'Pasión' de la Bodega Sierra Norte. La velada comenzará con la exquisita combinación de la perdiz escabechada, con su textura tierna, sobre un lecho de parmentier de patata violeta y trufa. Los crujientes crudités y la explosión de la granada añadirán la nota perfecta a este inicio apasionado, una propuesta que se acompañará con el tentador Cava Pasión Curée Brut Rosado.
