Una de las periodistas que colaboran para el Diario Milenio Pacifico en Puerto Vallarta, Dora Liz Terron, fue retenida contra su voluntad en las instalaciones del Casino Vallarta ubicado en la planta baja del edificio Deck 12 en el crucero del Pitillal, ello luego de acudir a realizar una entrevista como parte de su labor cotidiana el pasado miércoles por la mañana, para obtener la versión de ese centro de entretenimiento al presumirse que el mismo opera de manera irregular, trascendiendo que supuestamente los permisos de la SEGOB, Secretaría de Gobernación no estaban en regla, por lo que solamente contarían con el permiso municipal, algo que se pretendía esclarecer con los empresarios de dicho centro de apuestas, otorgando la entrevista la subr gerente de nombre Alejandra Ramírez, pero cuando la reportera le solicitó el documento de la SEGOB, la sub gerente se comunico a su corporativo en la Ciudad de México para pedir la autorización, pero en vez de regresar la sub gerente a terminar la entrevista la que llegó con la reportera fue una mujer de nombre Cintia Lamas, quien de manera grosera le pidió que se fuera ya que no era bienvenida en ese establecimiento comercial, que se largara, pero cuando la reportera de Milenio intento salir dos hombres de seguridad se lo impidieron bloqueándole la salida, por lo que empezó a forcejear con ellos debido a que le querían quitar su cámara, señalándole que no podía salir con el material fotográfico que captó en el lugar, en varias ocasiones le intentaron quitar su equipo de trabajo por casi una hora, privándola de su libertad según lo narró la periodista, quien activo a los demás reporteros vía telefónica, mientras que su medio de comunicación pedía una inspección por parte de protección civil, arribando elementos de esa dependencia y percatándose que existían en el local del Casino Vallarta anomalías graves en materia de protección civil, por lo que procedieron a clausurar el negocio, pero después de 20 minutos de la clausura, la regidora Susana Carreño Presidenta de la Comisión de Protección Civil del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Vallarta recibió la llamada del alcalde Ramón Guerrero para retirar los sellos de clausura, ello de una manera fast track, además interviniendo el propio director de la policía quien amenazó con arrestar a los elementos de protección civil por la clausura, por lo que el Casino Vallarta se abrió a los pocos minutos de su clausura, señalando la reportera que recibió amenazas de muerte, por lo que este jueves a las 12 con 15 minutos acudió a la delegación costa norte de la PGJE para presentar su denuncia correspondiente, por privación ilegal de la libertad, amenazas de muerte, delitos contra la libertad de expresión, delitos contra periodistas y los que se puedan configurar y sancionar, por lo que próximamente será ratificada en la PGJE y turnada una vez actuada la averiguación, a la PGR para que sea atendida por la fiscalía especializada para los delitos contra periodistas
