Wie maken het verschil in de stad en hoe zetten zij zich in voor de community? Host Maria Meyer en videomaker Jahmiro Karremann bezoeken hen in persoonlijke setting én op de werkvloer. Samen gaan ze op zoek naar de intrinsieke motivatie achter het werk dat zij verzetten. De serie wordt afgetrapt met een ontmoeting met Winne. De eerste aflevering is nu in zijn geheel te zien op het YouTube-kanaal van Hiphop In Je Smoel.
