Hoy les traigo la receta de chocolate caliente que preparaba mi abuelita y muy típica del norte de Chile. . ❤️ Ingredientes: 1/2 Taza de cacao Amargo 1/4 Taza de cacao Dulce (Puedes omitir y reemplazar por amargo) 2 Latas de Leche Condensada Cascara de Naranja 4-6 Clavos de Olor 1 Ramita de Canela 2 L de Agua (Por cada lata de leche condensada es 1L de agua) . ❤️ Preparación: 1. Calentamos el agua junto a la cáscara de naranja, clavos de olor y canela 2. Cuando comience a hervir agregar el chocolate y dejar 5 min más a fuego medio (Puedes colar antes para sacar la canela y clavos de olor) 3. Apagar y agregar la leche condensada. Y listo revolver y servir ❤️ 4. Si te gusta más espeso puedes disolver 2cdas de maicena junto al chocolate (Todo disuelto en frío o tibio) . Cuéntanos si conocías esta receta!
