The nickname “Godfather” and the title “King of Gambling” were bestowed upon him, reflecting both his influence and the immense wealth he amassed during his forty-year monopoly. Macau’s Transformation: From Kerosene Trader to Casino Tycoon Ho’s journey from a humble kerosene trader to a casino tycoon transformed Macau into the global gambling capital, surpassing even Las Vegas.
