The Quarter is a Latin/Cuban inspired themed section of the Tropicana Casino Resort in Atlantic City NJ. It's has a fun upbeat ambience and lively atmosphere that is made even better with the fancy Christmas Holiday decorations. There is an awesome Christmas light show in the Quarter section with holiday music that is repeated throughout the day/night on a specific schedule so call or check online for the latest run times. The Tropicana has several nice places to eat including a decent burger place, Carmines Italian Family Style Restaurant, PF Changs, and Cuba Libre Cuban Food Bar and Dance Lounge. Also there is a gourmet food market convenience store called Zeytinia with cafe style seating selling a variety of unique and essential items: gelato, pastries, coffee, prepared foods, and much more. It's a worthy economical alternative to Las Vegas especially if you are in the north eastern part of the Country. Atlantic City is a hidden gem because some people overlook it for Las Vegas but it’s definitely worth a try if you are near by and like the casino resort ambience with a boardwalk and beach in close proximity.
