THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!!!! This is a one minute view of what took over ONE HOUR of holding on the phone with Trump Taj Hotel & Casino (Atlantic City, NJ, USA) just to confirm my reservation. They repeat every 45 seconds or so, to go online and use their automated system. However, I need some changes on my current reservation that require human/verbal interaction/explanations. Thank GOD for speakerphone, I was able to do some house chores while waiting. Periodically I pass by my phone to check on the time, and when I realized it was about to reach an hour of waiting, I said to myself, "You need to record this"... so here it is!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!!!! ps... while deciding to upload and while typing this description, I paused to record an hour an a half that it reached... (it's now at over TWO HOURS). I am going to keep my phone recording (and charged, of course) until someone picks up... then I will decide how to handle this madness with the operator/supervisor. I am highly upset, but by the grace of God I feel calm. This experience is not the first time I've held forever waiting for an operator; but this particular instance has me disgusted... aiding my decision to withdraw my future membership renewal at Trump Taj Hotel & Casino. A few friends of mine have memberships at the Borgata... and that hotel is a beauty!! So Borgata... here I come... I hope you treat people a little more respectful... after all, we're the ones paying for Atlantic City's casino existence!!
