A little video of our holiday at the Catalonia Bavaro All Inclusive Resort, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in September 2022. We went with TUI and stayed in a Jnr Privileged Suite - which was beautiful. Our room was in Privileged Block/Villa 2 - which is right next to the pool and beach, as you will see. There are beautiful sunrises in the mornings, if you can get up early enough. We took footage on our first morning, and our last - as we were on British time around then. The section of the beach with Bali beds, that is shown in the video, is reserved for Privileged Guests. There is a Privileged Beach Bar just behind this area - from which there is beach waitress drinks service. The ladies were all lovely (Shoutout to Zairy and Elizabeth). The seaweed during Hurricane season can pile up overnight - but the staff try to clear it as quickly as they can in the mornings. We loved the tranquility of the privileged beach area over the noisy pool area. The sea is calm and lovely and warm. If you like snorkelling, there are some lovely little fish to see. There are two buffet areas. The bigger one is at the main entrance to the hotel, but as we were down at the other end of the resort, we went to the smaller one next to the beach. Watch out for the little birds in here. They pinch the food. (I never ate from certain areas of the buffet 😂) There was a decent selection of foods, but I ate my favourite Mashed Plantain and Sausage most days. The ‘A La Carte’ Restaurants were nice. Our favourites were the Steakhouse and the Japanese Restaurants. There was a fab little coffee shop on site (Included In All Inclusive), called Aromas, based near the Pharmacy and Gift Shop area. It’s generally quiet, they do some lovely coffees and cakes, and the air conditioning inside was amazing. We never went to any evening entertainment… not really our thing. Overall we had an amazing time - a wonderful, relaxing holiday - and met some lovely people. Miss it already!❤️🏝🍹 Any reasonsble questions answered. En la parte formal brilla, cuando asume el papel de James Bond, con traje de lana gris oscuro, camisa azul pálido, corbata de seda de punto negro, guantes negros de piel y un pañuelo hinchado negro en el bolsillo del saco y también con un traje recto gris claro, con tirantes, cinturón negro y corbata estrecha en tono oscuro. El atuendo casual lo lucirá Niven, al emplear un conjunto deportivo "eduardiano", con un saco de tweed marrón claro de cuatro botones, con parches en los codos y hombros, un abrigo corto azul marino y un sombrero alpino verde con una pluma. Simplemente fascinante y totalmente inolvidable por su estupenda banda sonora.
