The all-suite hotel swung open its doors again to guests on December 22, 2020 having been closed for about 9 months and I was there! During my stay I had tons of issues and I found out that they were purposely selling rooms they didn't have in order to downgrade guests without telling them. It is a sneaky practice and one that soured my stay at Rio.
