Hello Nu Yawkers! Today I am back in Las Vegas in the center of the Las Vegas Strip to check out the Flamingo Hotel and Casino! This is my second stay here at the Flamingo and feel free to check out other videos from here including room tours, the pools (including the famous Flamingo Go Pool), the Flamingo Habitat with real flamingos, restaurants and slot pulls! I stayed here a second time because airfare was so expensive and I had to cut corners (hey, the channel is a business, right?). But the cool thing about the Flamingo Hotel & Casino is that it is one of the more affordable places to stay on the Las Vegas Strip while being in a great location! Hotéis gigantescos com as mais diversas temáticas, cassinos, lojas, restaurantes, shows, enfim, tudo aquilo que exploraríamos pelos próximos dias. Uma vez no Aria, que fica no trecho mais badalado da Strip, entramos por um acesso especial e fomos recebidos para o check-in em uma sala privativa no Sky Suites Lounge, espaço VIP onde hóspedes da nossa categoria podem desfrutar de mimos especiais como café da manhã, petiscos com bebidas não alcoólicas o dia todo e noite de queijos e vinhos. Igualmente reservada para os “Sky Suiters” é a piscina climatizada Sky Pool, rodeada por espreguiçadeiras e áreas para descanso – luxo que logo mais desceríamos para aproveitar. Mas antes, check-in feito, era hora de tomar o elevador exclusivo que nos levaria até o topo do hotel. E foi aí que me peguei boquiaberto com o panorama. Rodeada por uma vista de quase 360 graus, a suíte em que ficamos tem mais de 135 m2, começando pelo ambiente integrado com sala de estar, minicozinha, sala de televisão, estação de trabalho e lavabo. A área íntima fica separada por uma porta – e ali eu poderia passar tranquilamente dias e dias a fio, só entre o quarto e o banheiro. A cama, extremamente confortável, é daquelas que eu levaria para casa, se pudesse. E o banheiro é enorme: separada do box, a banheira de hidromassagem comporta duas pessoas, a pia é dupla, o vaso sanitário fica isolado e esbanja tecnologia (com assento que aquece e outros tantos comandos), a ducha é fantástica e permite até acionar o modo “sauna a vapor”. Tecnologia, por sinal, é uma constante na Sky Suite. Sem precisar sair da cama, dá para fazer praticamente tudo pelo tablet: abrir e fechar as cortinas, ligar as TVs, apagar as luzes, regular a temperatura, programar o despertador. Este último, por sinal, é um recurso apaixonante: basta selecionar a função good morning para o horário desejado e ser acordado pelo suave abrir das cortinas, que vão inundando o quarto com luz natural e com a paisagem inesquecível das montanhas ao fundo da Strip. O que acontece em Vegas pode até ficar em Vegas, como dizem, mas com certeza marcou nossas vidas para sempre.
