App used to display upload/download rates. Now it doesn't; it just displays '--' where it's supposed to show these. App doesn't have bandwidth usage over time. App is supposed to give me weekly and monthly reports. Instead, it gives me NOTIFICATIONS that such reports are 'available', but then when I click the notifications and poke around in the app itself, such reports don't show/exist. I'm in the spot where they're SUPPOSED to show, I have the reports turned on / enabled, but there's a bug.

This is the least supportive app. When I purchased one of their mesh units, they offered a good price for door locks, which claim to be compatible with the app. The app does not even list door locks as an option to add devices. support bot references options not offered on the app, unable to get to a live agent because the form they insist on having me complete doesn't offer an option for the frigging door lock. not recommending this to anyone. Very frustrating!

I am sorry to tell you the door locks is supported on tapo APP, not on Deco; I wonder where did you get the information "door locks was compatible with deco APP"?

The app itself is fine, but I am experiencing connection problems with my Deco mash. I have 2 deco hard wired and 1 WiFi. It appears that the moment I enter my home, I get connected to the WiFi deco and it's holding my connection throughout the house. Even when I walk upstairs, where I have another Deco, hard wired, I am still connected to the one downstairs and the signal just dropped. I just recently switched from Google mesh because of the speed, but I never had this problems with Google.
