The directions from place to place while using the map need some work. It picked paths that could have been much shorter if it had gone in a straighter line. It was easier to follow the arrows on the signs around the park than to use the directions on the app. Speaking of the directional signs around the park, please put something on the shark encounter that says closed, being upgraded, or coming in 2026 so people aren't wasting time trying to find it and it's boarded up.

Hoping that with this review they'll update the software of this app. It's consistently glitching, you have to exit the app (through a hyperlink) to show barcodes. You also have to re-sign in (and it often struggles with the new sign-in) to be able to access the barcodes. And every time you close the app you have to start the entire process over. Extremely frustrating, please make a way for the pass to be seen in app!

Needs Work! The app to navigate the park could also use a little work. Ride times do not display properly. When I sign in to the app, I have to do it 3-5 times before I can get to my profile. The map forgets quickly after making a category selection; IE choose dining, then pick a restaurant, and when I hit the back button, it forgets what I previously chose.
