Have been using the app for a while now (over a year or two) as a means to track deals, find out what's on sale, and clip digital coupons. Over the past one to two months, the app fails to sign in as an authentication failure, and offers to try again. Clicking on the retry link only results in a blank page. The Smith's site still remains viable as a means to get the same functionality, it just seems a bit slower to get through, assuming you can still connect after entering more than 50 feet.

Switching my review from 3 stars to 1 star because this app has gone from bad to worse! Since they changed their ads setup, the entire app has declined. Rarely do the ads load, and when they do they're a pain to navigate: they zoom in when you don't want to, won't zoom in when you do, and then freeze randomly. Can't clip coupons now. Can't access my cart half of the time. O.M.G. The entire IT team needs to be FIRED for this monstrosity!

This app never works. It won't clip coupons half the time. Then, when I put stuff in my cart, it won't delete it. Ive tried several times to delete items so I can check out and when I get to checkout, all the items are still there..I can't get any of the online deals because the coupons won't clip. I've pretty much given up trying to shop at smiths now.
