Nott a fan of the new layout at all. It's awkward to navigate through. so showing with things I will almost never use but the basics like reviewing past items to add to a new order, awkward and incomplete. I also see that the cart doesn't update and keep changes consistently. Items teams added to the cart earlier are not there or items I removed are still there. Of all the food shopping apps I've used the HT one was my least favorite. I was so excited about an update but it only got worse.

Not working at all on Android since update. Works no problem on Windows and iOS devices. On Android, it just keeps asking you to sign in and then keeps flashing and won't go to the next page. Tried customer support, tried clearing cache, etc , reinstall app. Changing password and username. Same exact thing. Does not work on Android. Pop up blocker disabled no VPN.

HT stopped print ads in our local paper (yes, some of us who care about local govt still get a paper), so I've been forced into using the app which I'd tried way back but didn't care for. It's worse than I remember. I add items to my list, but when I go to the list, they're not there. Hard to scan the weekly ad quickly without having to see a lot of stuff I don't care about - takes way too long. Just poorly designed and not user-friendly. May have to stop shopping at HT.
