this app is awful. I would love to show a developer how I use it because it is one of the worse shopping apps ever. I am forced to use it to clip coupons and get food for a lower price. but if I didn't have to, I wouldn't use it. in 2025 it makes no sense to develop an application this way. it's slow, clunky, when you click into items you have to hit back several times, finding items that are part of a coupon is impossible. the bashas app is worse, the safeway app is vaguely better.

Edit: I hate this app more every time I use it. I have a new problem each time, on top of the problems i was already having. I gave the app two stars back in March. Now I'm changing it to one star. I don't like how you can't circle things on the ad anymore. I don't like how you have to scroll and click on every single deal on the digital ad. It randomly logs me out all the time. I could keep going for a while. I have nothing good to say about this app.

WHY BE A REWARDS MEMBER? I usually clip coupons before I arrive to the store or scan the bar code to ensure I receive the sale price before I checkout. For months now, I get an error "unable to clip coupons. Try again later or it is expired." Is this a way to make more money by having errors appear and ensure we pay full price? I stepped it up making Fry's my primary grocery store and can't save money, provided outdated milk, bread and meat items. Not worth it! #TraderJoes
