Really limited app. Cant update payment info, and I can't reach a single person on their phone number.

This app had very limited functionality. It was a collection of mostly broken links that offered minimal visibility of your actual account info with limited features or access. There was no mechanism to adjust your payment or update most of your info without contacting an agent, and info on fees and changes were buried deeply. Having been told to sign for this as an ACH withdrawal plan at a dealership, this app did nothing to relieve worries that I had been pushed into a total scam.

auto pay plus is a great company to work with! I have been with them for many years!
