Having issues with the app & E1. Setting text size small like 10 doesn't work and resets to 24. 24 is too big for a lot of things. I did my first raised relief on a tumbler and there is no option to do a base coat in white. On flat prints you can change the color options to do a white base coat but not on the raised relief. It also overlapped the image about an inch so there is an inch section thicker than the rest. I wish there was a Linux desktop app otherwise I only have the mobile app.

I'm using this with the M5. Its lacking in comparison to the windows desktop studio. First, the video sometimes work initially but if the phone goes to sleep or you navigate off the app, the video play/pause button disappears. Then comes printing from a phone is also a bit lacking as there isn't much customization that can be done to the print quality or editing how the file will be processed. Overall, I don't use the app anymore except to monitor the time remaining and the notifications.

Device is great. Software is trash. Owned for less than 24 hours and did 3 successful prints using my app via mobile and download. Now all of a sudden it refuses to download any files and defeats the entire purpose of why I chose this specific machine. Contacted Anker and did all troubleshooting and no resolution. Only works through pc app. Supposedly a tech would get back to me but have heard nothing. I'll be returning this device. Shame.
