This app is not even ok. Whenever you go to chat, the window that you type in is covered up by your keyboard and you can't see what you're typing. Then the chatbot wanted to connect me to customer service but it just sit there. trying to search for provider - when adding search criteria, no ability to apply. screen will no scroll down far enough.

I opened the app and got a notification about needing to update the app. I clicked update now. it sent to the point where it says Uninstaller or open. I hit the open and got sent back to update now. I have shut my phone off twice. reinstalled the app multiple times and keep getting the same thing. update now. I need to get into the app to do my challenge for work. I checked my permissions settings and they are correct.

an infuriating app...can't see the family's claims, can barely see the subscriber's claims. each time I have asked the AI for assistance it basically tells me it can't and asks to connect me with a care coordinator. for what I have to pay in energy and water to keep this stupid AI active, it's some BS that it can't help me and needs to connect me to a person. so utterly useless...btw the "app settings" are biometrics and push notifications...what a joke
